(Light Infantry), Fort Drum, N.Y.; died June 28 of injuries sustained when hisvehicle struck a mine during combat operations in Helmand, Afghanistan

Army Pfc. Kevin F. Edgin

31, of Dyersburg, Tenn.; assigned to 87th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.; died July 6 when his convoy encountered enemy small-arms fire in Baghran Valley, Afghanistan.

26, of Hiawatha, Kan.; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.; died Aug. 16 of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations in Bermel, Afghanistan.
